Hi, guys. As you may have noticed, I've recently started working on soundtrack pages. However, although I enjoy the AA series' music as much as anyone else, I admit that I'm not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to describing music, nor are my ears any good for identifying instruments, motifs and such. That's why I'm requesting your help.
Basically, in order to write full-fledged soundtrack pages, I need to be able to describe each track in detail, and to do that I need help identifying the musical genre of each track, as well as instruments used, and, if possible, tempo and other additional information. This project would also include identifying recurring motifs within the AA series (for example, I only recently saw someone mention on YouTube that Confess the Truth 2016 is supposedly a remix of 2004; I personally don't hear the resemblance, but hey... A more obvious one to me is Confess the Truth 2001 being a remix of Cross-Examination 2001); this sort of thing (recurring motifs) could go in the trivia section of the page if deemed too vague or speculative.
Please be gentle regarding my lack of experience on the subject; part of the reason I'm doing this is to learn more about music, after all. Of course, many instruments are obvious in some cases (e.g. the electric guitar in Courtroom Révolutionnaire 2016) and I know the genre in some cases (like Victor Kudo's theme being a march), but I'd like to identify everything and compile it into a coherent description whenever possible. Said descriptions don't necessarily need to be long, in some cases one sentence might be enough for one song.
I've included a list of all the tracks I need help with in this post. The list may seem frighteningly long, but don't fret -- if you can help me identify even one instrument in one track, it'll already be a big help. The idea is for this to be a long-term thing anyway; that's why I've chosen to make a blog post about it, so that you guys can easily post comments when you have something to add and we can update this thing on the go if need be.
