Each theme is grouped under the game in which it first appeared, although other appearances are noted. Some track names have the prefix Recollection or have no prefix at all.

Reminiscence ~ True Evening of Grief
Plays in Turnabout Sisters when Phoenix Wright goes back to Maya Fey to tell her that Marvin Grossberg refused to defend her when she was accused of murdering her older sister Mia. Reappears in Turnabout Goodbyes when Maya reflects on how useless she feels and on Reunion, and Turnabout when she is in the Detention Center accused of murdering Turner Grey.
Reminiscence ~ Light and Shadow at the Film Studio
Plays in Turnabout Samurai when Wendy Oldbag recalls the incident five years previously when Jack Hammer accidentally killed Manuel. Plays again when Dee Vasquez confesses to the murder of Hammer.
It makes a reappearance in Turnabout Big Top after Wright deduces that the murder weapon is under the blanket on Acro's wheelchair.

Plays in Turnabout Big Top when the incident in which Léon the lion put Bat in a coma and crippled Acro is talked about.
Reminiscence ~ Steel Samurai's Ballad
A slower, more melancholic version of the The Steel Samurai: Warrior of Neo Olde Tokyo theme music that plays in Farewell, My Turnabout when Adrian Andrews tells Wright and Pearl Fey about her late mentor Celeste Inpax, and the romantic relationships that Inpax had with Matt Engarde and Juan Corrida that ultimately resulted in her suicide. It also plays during the "bad ending" if the wrong evidence is presented in the finale of the last trial.
It later makes a reappearance in The Stolen Turnabout when Andrews apologizes for hiding the fact that she broke the Sacred Urn.
