The Blackout Record

The Blackout Record stated that electricity to Cindy Stone's building was out during the time of her death. This was presented by Prosecutor Winston Payne during the trial of Larry Butz.

Descriptive TextEdit

Electricity to Ms. Stone's building was out from noon to 6 PM on the day of the crime.

Role in Cindy Stone's TrialEdit

The Blackout Record contradicted Frank Sahwit's second testimony, when he stated that he probably heard the time of 1PM on the television in Stone's apartment. It was not possible due to the lack of electricity, thus discrediting him.
