A Babahlese knife handle was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into the murders of Manny Coachen and Ka-Shi Nou.
Coachen's murder[]

The knife was in the secretariat's office on the Babahlese side of the Cohdopian Embassy. While Shih-na was helping to move Coachen's body there, she switched the blades between this knife handle and the handle of the Allebahstian knife used to kill Coachen, to help strengthen the case that Coachen had been killed on the Babahlese side of the embassy.
Later on, after finding Shih-na to be Calisto Yew, Dick Gumshoe and Franziska von Karma had a full body search performed on her, allowing them to find the blade. Shortly afterwards, Gumshoe returned the knife blade and handle to Colias Palaeno.
